Welcome to Buzzba Find. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our waitlist and platform. By submitting your information to join our waitlist, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Buzzba Find is a product and service operated by Buzzba Technologies (referred to as "we," "our," or "us").

1. Platform Description & Scope

Buzzba Find is an upcoming barber discovery and booking platform designed for users in Ghana. Joining the waitlist indicates your interest in getting early access to search, discover, review, and book barbers (whether shop-based, freelance, or mobile).

Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate early access, account creation, or a specific launch date. We reserve the right to manage the platform launch rollouts in stages.

2. Eligibility & Information Accuracy

To join the waitlist, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete details (name, email, phone number, and city).
• Each individual is permitted a single entry per waitlist source. Creating multiple automated registrations using different email addresses is prohibited.

3. Communication Consent

By signing up for our waitlist, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional updates from us. This includes confirmation emails, product announcements, and SMS/text alerts relative to local service launch in your city.

You can withdraw your consent and opt out of future communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of our emails or SMS updates.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, design systems, logos, illustrations, graphics, layout, software code, and copy on the Buzzba Find website are the exclusive intellectual property of Buzzba Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our property without express written authorization from us.

5. Limitation of Liability

The waitlist and preview features of the platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Buzzba Technologies will not be liable for any launch delays, system offline periods, database errors, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the waitlist.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your participation on the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana.
